Want something on Basketball Illawarra’s Facebook or Instagram — a team result, a program, a thank-you, a sponsor shout-out? Fill in the form below and the media team will schedule it. Please allow three working days; anything urgent, text the office after submitting.

Before you submit

• You must have permission from everyone recognisable in the photos. For anyone under 18 that means a parent or guardian.
• Landscape photos work best on Facebook; square or portrait on Instagram. Send the original file, not a screenshot.
• Tell us if it must go out on a specific day (e.g. a registration deadline).
