How the pathway works in 2026
Basketball Australia launched a single national officiating pathway in February 2026. All courses are delivered online through etrainu, with the practical parts — the in-person clinic, the on-court shadowing and the observation assessment — run here at the Snakepit by our accredited referee coaches. Our Technical Officials Program Manager (TOPM) signs off each step.
